I've got to remove the wheel arches and the sill trims/skirts on the Zx in the next few weeks to treat some very minor surface rust and then treat the underbody with some bilt hamber products . I went to the dealer yesterday to check on availability & prices . The clips for the arches are only 32p each so I ordered 20 , the clips for the side skirts were £1.72 EACH + vat , I ordered 15 of these and a new dipstick too which was a bargain at £10.26 . The grand total £50.95 for not alot really , but if it keeps the old girl on the road it's gotta be worth it .

The part numbers are .

95637052 for the skirt clips £1.72+vat each (packs of 5 only)
6991N4 for the wheel arch clips £0.32p+vat each (packs of 5)
117418 Dipstick £10.26 + vat

There are 18 skirt sill clips on the Zx16v .

These are the part numbers on my invoice , there is also a bin number ? If this is required .
I did think myself that the clips we no longer available , I'll find out how many they have available when I collect mine tommorrow . I would imagine that the original clips break on removal ? I've never took an arch/sill off .

James here's the pics of the clips the first ones are for the arches

Image

These ones are for the sill/skirt trim BUT since talking to you earlier I have prized a section of my sill trim away and found that these are for the bottom of the sill and there is a completly different clip for the top section

These are secured to the car by a screw which will more than likely need drilling out .

Here are the other sill clips which are also required ( do you know how many ? )

I will call at the dealer on Tuesday and find out if they are still available .
