The rebuild is stil in progress. the body is now almost rady. here some pictures.

We have strengthened the chassis by welding

Whe have a lot of rust removed from the chassis. it disappointed me how much rust there was on the zx
Whe have strippet 3 Zx 16v,s and al of them have a lot of rust in the door sils. And wheel cabinets. So check your Zx :cry:

I removed all of the paint on the underside. And there was no rust :D

The chassis is finaly ready for rebuild after 8 months :roll: A have alrady make 136 picturs of the whole project. You can check them here!

wow respect for your rebuild man.

ik know much work it is some one i know is doing the same with a bx 16v
great projects and the coler you want to make it is super.
i can't wait to see it when its done.

Thanks gays! I dont like te chassis work anemore because its to much work. only the job have to be done. Now comes the nice job. Yesterday i get powdercoat stuf back.

Peugeot 306 Gti-6 Competition Front Wishbone Rebuild Kit

This kit comprises of the following components: -

2 x Powerflex Competition Front Wishbone Front Bushes

2 x Spoox Motorsport Competition Front Wishbone Rear Mounts

2 x Lower Wishbone Ball Joints (With 16mm Dia Pin)

2 x Genuine Peugeot Wishbone to Hub Securing Bolt & Nuts

This kit allows you to completely rebuild both front wishbones on all Peugeot 306 Gti-6 Models with 16mm front wishbone balljoints using Powerflex and Spoox Motorsport uprated bushes. The securing bolts supplied are a common wear & stress point and will improve driveability as well as increased safety.

A must for all Fast Road, Track, Race and Rally cars.
