I will do Eagle , It all seems pretty decent stuff , I think it may take a couple of goes to fully remove the rust , I'll have to see ? I also sprayed some Dynax S50 into the sills today through the skirt locating holes so that should offer some additional protection too . Thanks , Mark |

I'm trying to keep the dreaded tin worm at bay Dugy , it's very solid underneath and there's no welding at all required . It's just some of the factory applied underbody protection is delaminating slightly so that is the next job . I know the jacking points are quite a bad area on the Zx but fortunatly mine is in very good condition and only required minor work . The inside of the side skirt full of 17 yrs of muck Now all nice and clean Front wing arch lip Spare wheel before And after a tidy up and repaint in satin black The next jobs will be to remove the spare wheel carrier and de rust it and repaint it , then remedy the delaminating factory sealant issues when weather permits . Yes it will be staying standard dugy , the only thing I have changed is the orange side repeaters to xantia clear ones and a k&n filter element in the original airbox . Mark |

Hi Mark, This is great work, keep the car original. Its a coming classic you know. In a few year theese cars will be very rear and fun to own. They are in my mind fun already of course. |

We've had a drop of snow here in Sheffield and the Zx is now buried with a flat battery ( will be sorted on my day off ) . Mark |

Well the replacement battery is on and the car fired up first time , I thought I had better wash some of the winter muck off and apply some wax I've been wanting to try for a while . And after a coat of dodo juice orange crush which left a lovely oily shimmer to the paint . I love the dodo juice waxes I have tried and will be sampling some more of their product range soon so I'll report the results . Mark |
